This will be held in ochiltree community hub at 7pm we are having it earlier in the year to allow the committee to be put in place for 2017 which is going to be one of our busiest years with all the new pups coming through, and to organise the Christmas night out. hope to see a good turnout tea and biscuits will be available Tom weir EAWRC
  2. East Ayrshire will be restarting on 20-03-16 at 11-00am weather permitting we will be running trials to allow members to get their dogs fit we look forward to seeing you all Tom weir EAWRC
  3. Looking forward to this night with over 30 people going for a meal and an evening of entertainment not bad for a wee club, hope everyone enjoys themselves .

Campers and caravans can use the facilities at Muirkirk caravan park Furnace road muirkirk Cumnock KA18 3QQ tel 07726232329 please mention the whippet racing as you may get a discounted rate. this site is en route to the Cumnock racetrack and is only 15 mins from the track The track is 30 mins drive from the m74 motorway from the south come off at junc 12 and follow A70 signposted Ayr go straight on at every junction and in 20 miles you come into Cumnock once you pass the first Cumnock sign go straight on for exactly1 mile you will enter traffic lights turn right after 50 yards turn right into Woodroad park follow on till car park at end of park track is in front of you take your time over the speed bumps or you will bump your head. look forward to seeing you all have a safe and pleasant journey Tom weir Secretary EAWRC tel 07510050975
  9. This event is nearly full up so anyone wanting to enter will have to forward their entry ASAP as it is strictly on a first come first served basis after the 16 are full you will go down as reserves

  11. The club will now be running on Wednesday evenings from 6-00 pm till 8-30 pm up until October 2015 this allows members and club commitee to attend open race events on Sundays throughout the year all over the uk see you all on Wednesday
  12. Good to see you all up and running hope you all have a good injurie free season east Ayrshire will be switching to Wednesday's as of the 22nd April so we will be attending a few of your Sunday meetings
  13. We will need a small work party to attend the track on 15th march at 11am this will be to check track and all equipment for the start of the new season and if all is in order and weather permitting we will get a few trials put together mr burns will be on hand with the tea and biscuits

The new season will be officially starting on 29-03-15 at 11am we look forward to seeing you all for what is going to be a very busy and exciting year for the club ,as this year we will be running our 1st pedigree open (The summer classic over 165 yds) in August . There will be a non ped open in July and there will also be inter track competitions between ourselves and the Scottish thistle home and away and also a couple of other events at Kirkcaldy and East Ayrshire.
