just looking back in old whippet news and found this wonder if anyone can remember it. 4th oct top ten open 1981 at liverpool colin carter entered his dog get carter nothing wrong in that but it only had 3 legs and was only beaten by a few yards in his heat beaten by rch micky mint , get carter runs regularly in the club handicap :- "

he had is hind leg removed after a bad break.

Possibly Mick Clarke will remember it, he used to run Liverpool WRC at one point i think.

I remember it John, it didn,t allways trap well but it could run think Ive got a pic of it somewhere
