I’m not sure what this could be on my dog it kind of looks like a skin tag?

It's always hard to say from a photo; it could be a wart but of course could be something else entirely.

My take on lumps and bumps is that I treat them as if I would if I found something similar on myself. I don't rush to the doctors but if they don't go away, or if they get worse, I'd ask then for professional advice.
