my beautifull jan is 6 wks pregnant :wub:

hers and mine first litter :blink:

(well ive whelped loads of rescues but its diffrent when its your own baby )

she is fit and well but over the last couple of days has thrown up her food only to eat it again :x

she is on 4 small meals now and tends to do it at her morning feed or during the night .. is it normal :blink:

vet checks everything completley fine , anyone else had this ???????????????

Congrats!! A very worrying/exciting/nail biting/rewarding/sleepless time ahead!! I, like you have whelped rescues, but found it completely different with my own. Both times I had litters, mum to be threw up and then ate it again, seems to taste better 2nd time!! It stopped at about 5 - 6 weeks.

I'm really pleased for you, who is the sire?

My Girl has been sick and off her food, she is ok now though, and she is just over 5 weeks pregnant. I have her on 4 meals as well.

cos id like to keep 2 of the girls and someone else wants a girl ,,

but it dosent always go like that , the girls ( if she has any) may just be pet quality , so its just waiting to see what develops

she is my babe :wub: and i feel so guilty sometimes , when she looks up at me and gives me a FILTHY look cos she cant get comfy :b
